How does the fee structure work?
Our rental fee is a fixed price. This portion is required prior to your booking and event day. The minimum alcohol purchase can either be completely or partially put on one tab, or charged to your party guests.
If your drink minimum is not reached, the remaining amount will be billed at the end of the event.
What do i get with my rental?
You'll get the whole place (inside + outdoor patio) for 5 hours. You'll have an on-site bartender to make drinks and pour wine.
If you need more time for set up and cleaning we charge an extra $150/hr.
If you anticipate needing additional staff please let us know when you inquire to book
How many people can fit in your space?
We can seat 30 people indoors with a combination of bar seating, 4-tops and 2-tops. For a mix of standing and sitting we can accommodate 50+ people. If it's nice and you'd like to use the patio, we have an additional 20+ seats at picnic tables directly outside our space.
Do you offer food options?
We have some snack items on our menu. Additional food items could be ordered. Our neighbor restaurants all offer catering options for a nearby easy food solution! Tropical, Friendship Kitchen, and Rollin' Fresh.
Do you have any options for entertainment?
We have a list of great DJs to help bring the right vibe. If you'd rather play your own music, that's fine too!
The fine print
We require full rental payment to secure your date. You can pay by check, zelle, or bank transfer - if paying by credit card we add a 3.5% fee.
We ask that the space is left clean. Any additional cleaning required will be a $100 fee.
All alcohol is to be provided by Collector. No outside alcohol is permitted.

If your party exceeds our fixed rental prices, additional charges may be incurred.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 days before the event start time and receive a full refund of their rental fee.
Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding processing fees) of their rental fee.
Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable.
